Abstract

Key Messages

The incidence of second distobuccal canal ranges from 1.64 to 9.5%. However, the incidence of third distal canal (distopalatal) is rare (<1%). This report highlights the importance of computed tomography in the successful diagnosis and management of maxillary first molar.
